Registration:

The receipt of the registration form, both in writing and by email, makes your registration binding and you accept the terms of participation. You can book a language event at least 6 weeks before the desired date. We will send you a booking confirmation with all the information as well as (if desired) the payment form upon receipt of the registration.

 

Right of Withdrawal :

You have the right to withdraw from the booking within 14 calendar days from the date of booking  without giving reasons and without  charges.

 

Cancellation BY the organizater:

The company Native Speaker Network International is entitled to cancel a school project without stating any reason (even on short notice) and not to carry it out e.g.if the required minimum number of participants is not given. In this case you will be refunded in full of the amount paid.

 

 

Obligatory supervision:

Our teachers have many years of experience in dealing with young people and take care of the participants during the courses within an EasyCamp stay. The supervision obligation is the accompanying school teachers' duty  and it cannot be transferred to the Native Speaker Network teachers.

 

Camp rules:

We ask you to consider and respect the house rules in all the accommodation (students' houses, hotels and youth hostels etc.). The parents of the participants are liable for any damages caused by their children.

 

The cancellation costs of a school project:

Participants, who have registered for an EasyTalk, EasyCamp or EasyDeutsch language project, can sign off for free up to 14 days before the start of the project. In the event of later cancellation, fees will be charged at 50% of our charged course fees. These fees will be charged to the parents. Exceptions to this rule are illness-related cancellations, which must be confirmed by submitting a medical certificate.

 

Payment arrangement:

There are two options for paying a language project:

1.) Collection at school by the project manager, or

2.) Our payment service with which the participants pay directly to our business account (exceptions are EasyCamp projects).

In case of payment service we ask you to send a participant list in order to check the payment . In both cases the amounts should be credited to our account in time (14 days before the start of the project).

 

Liability:

The company Native Speaker Network International does not accept any  liability whatsoever.

 

Furthermore, the terms and conditions of our partners that organize events in cooperation with us, also apply .

Registration:

By signing up on the enrolment you accept the terms of participation. Please use a separate registration for each person. The general registration deadline is 4 weeks before the start of the event. An early registration is strongly recommended since the number of participants is limited. We will send you a registration confirmation with arrival information as well as a payment form upon receipt of the registration. The receipt of the registration form, both in writing and by email, makes your registration binding.

 

Supervision:

The supervisors have many years of experience in dealing with young people and take care of the camp participants around the clock. Please encourage your children that if they have problems, they can confidently turn to the supervisor. The supervisor is released from his / her supervisory duty and parents are liable for the consequences in case of an unauthorized remove from the group.

 

Camp rules:

The participation in our camps is subjected to certain rules. Particularly undisciplined or group-damaging behaviour, alcohol or drug abuse, theft, etc. as well as the violation of the house rules in the accommodations (students' houses and youth hostels) inevitably lead to the exclusion from the camp. Children will be sent home at their parents' expenses in that case. The reimbursement of costs is not possible. We ask you to inform your children when registering.

 

Phone and visits:

The visits during camps are possible at any time, but perhaps not desired. The reasons is that some children can become "homesick", such visits are also contagious for other children. Furthermore, we ask you to call your child only in urgent cases, in order not to disturb the lessons . The best time for phone calls is surely the late afternoon or evening.

 

Termination of an EasyHoliday Camp:

A premature termination does not entitle to any refund. We waive a part of this regulation in case of hardships (illness, accident, etc.).

 

Withdrawal of the participant:

You have the right to withdraw from the booking within 14 calendar days from the date of booking  without giving reasons and without  charges.
Since the receipt of the registration form makes the registration binding, please notify us in writing and in time if you want or have to call your registration. The cancellation conditions apply in this case. We recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance.

The company Native Speaker Network International is entitled to cancel a camp without giviny any reason (also on the short notice) and not to carry it out e.g.if the required minimum number of participants is not given. You will be fully refunded in that case.

 

CANCELLATION COSTS FOR AN EASYHOLIDAY CAMP:

We charge the following cancellation fees for a possible cancellation of the participation in the camp:

- up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the event free of charge

- 4-2 weeks before the start of the event 50% cancellation fee

- less than 14 days before the start of the event 100% cancellation fee

- 100% of the costs in case of non-appearance

The exceptions to this rule are illness-related cancellations, which must be confirmed by submitting a medical certificate.

In general, the withdrawal right It BGBL. I Nr. 33/2014 Consumer rights - Directive - Implementation - VRUG is valid.

 

Payment arrangement:

We ask you to pay the camp fee so that the amount is credited to our account two weeks before the start of the camp. We reserve the right to refuse the registrations, for which the amount is not due in time in the account  and to assign these places elsewhere. The accruing cancellation fees will be recalculated in these cases.

 

Liability:

The participant or his/her parental authority is liable for all damages caused by the participant. The company Native Speaker Network International accepts no liability whatsoever. The Slovakian law applies and the place of jurisdication is Bratislava.

Furthermore, the terms and conditions of our partners, who organize events in cooperation with us, are valid.
